Welcome to KVS Connect (“App”), operated by KVS Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
 
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KVS Connect mobile application, software services, and related platforms provided by KVS Solutions Private Limited.
 
By downloading, installing, or using KVS Connect, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
 
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
 
1. Purpose of the Application
 
KVS Connect is a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution designed to help organizations manage, monitor, and secure mobile devices used within their operational environment.
 
The App enables administrators and organizations to configure, monitor, and manage devices for purposes including:
• Device security and compliance management
• Device configuration and policy enforcement
• Location verification for managed devices
• Application management and restrictions
• Device monitoring and security alerts
• Device usage management
•Prevention of unauthorized device usage
 
These features help organizations maintain secure and controlled device environments.
 
2. Eligibility
 
To use KVS Connect, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to enter into binding agreements.
• Be an authorized user of an organization or service using KVS Connect device management services.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or device enrollment.
• Use a compatible mobile device capable of supporting required permissions.
 
3. User Responsibilities
 
By using the App, you agree to the following obligations.
 
Accurate Information
 
You must provide accurate and updated information including:
• Name
• Phone number
• Device information
• Organization or administrator details where applicable
 
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of App services.
 
Grant Required Permissions
 
To ensure the proper functioning of the App, you agree to grant necessary permissions including:
• Location access
• Phone state access
• Device administration access
• Accessibility service access (if required for policy enforcement)
• Notification access
 
Disabling these permissions may limit or prevent App functionality.
 
Account Security
 
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized access.
 
4. Application Features and Permissions
 
The App may require access to specific device features to support device management and security functions.
 
These may include:
 
Device Location Verification
 
The App may collect location data for managed devices in order to support device monitoring and organizational security policies.
 
SIM Monitoring
 
The App may detect SIM card changes to prevent unauthorized usage of managed devices.
 
Device Management Controls
 
The App may apply device management controls such as:
• Device locking
• Application restrictions
• Security configuration
• Device setting management
• Policy enforcement on managed devices
 
These actions may be implemented by authorized administrators in accordance with organizational policies.
 
Notifications
 
The App may send notifications including:
• Device security alerts
• System notifications
• Policy enforcement alerts
• Administrative messages
 
5. Prohibited Activities
 
You agree not to:
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or disable device management policies.
•Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
•Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Tamper with device management settings or controls.
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation.
 
Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension, device restrictions, or legal action.
 
6. Intellectual Property
 
All intellectual property rights associated with KVS Connect, including:
• Software
• Designs
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Content
 
are owned by KVS Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.
 
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
 
7. Third-Party Services
 
The App may integrate with third-party services such as:
• Device management infrastructure providers
• Cloud service providers
• Analytics services
• Enterprise management systems
 
KVS Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
 
Users should review the respective third-party policies before using such services.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVS Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the App
• Errors or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to user data
• Actions taken by administrators managing devices through the App
• Temporary device restrictions resulting from policy enforcement
 
The App is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
 
9. Indemnification
 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KVS Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the App
• Unauthorized modification of managed devices
 
10. Suspension or Termination
 
We may suspend or terminate access to KVS Connect if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Attempt to disable device management features
• Engage in unauthorized or illegal activities
 
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
 
11. Governing Law
 
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
 
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
 
12. Compliance with Applicable Laws
 
KVS Solutions Private Limited complies with applicable Indian laws including:
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Other applicable technology and data protection regulations.
 
Users agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
 
13. Changes to These Terms
 
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
 
Users may be notified of material changes through the App or email.
 
Continued use of the App after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
