By placing an order with KVS Solutions Private Limited, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
 
1. Order Cancellation
 
Retailers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or shipped.
 
Once an order has been:
• Processed
• Dispatched
• Delivered
 
the cancellation request may not be accepted.

KVS Solutions reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.
 
2. Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
• The order was cancelled before shipment.
• The product delivered is damaged during shipping.
• The product delivered is defective or non-functional.
• The wrong product was delivered.
 
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
 
3. Return Process
 
If a return request is approved, the retailer must:
1.Inform KVS Solutions support within the allowed time frame.
 
2.Provide proof such as:
• Photos of the product
• Unboxing video (if available)
• Invoice or order details
 
3.Ensure the product is returned in:
• Original packaging
• Unused condition
• With all accessories and documents
 
KVS Solutions may arrange product pickup or request the retailer to ship the product back.
 
4. Refund Processing
 
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via:
• Original payment method, or
• Credit to the retailer account / wallet (if applicable).
 
Transaction processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
 
5. Non-Refundable Situations
 
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Return request made after the allowed time period.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Minor cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.
• Products purchased during special promotional or clearance sales unless defective.
 
6. Replacement Policy
 
In certain cases, KVS Solutions may offer product replacement instead of refund, particularly when:
• The product is defective
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
 
Replacement will be subject to product availability.
 
7. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from KVS Solutions.
